Taking part in a social group activity is stimulating, uplifting and enhances well-being for people living with dementia and family carers alike. We offer a wide variety of groups, some weekly, some fortnightly and some more occasional. From singing groups and art groups to memory cafés and outdoor Muddy Boots groups and Memory Shed, our Creating Connections programme aims to provide something for everyone.
See our Weekly Activities guide for what is happening in your area this week.
Due to increasing costs, we request a £4.50 per head contribution 'on the door' at most groups, £6 for Art groups and £5 for the Memory Shed.
