It is difficult to carry out training via Zoom, however Annie kept it engaging and operated at just the right pace. The use of non-medical language and real life examples to explain dementia were so refreshing. With my new knowledge, I have better tools and confidence to engage people with dementia. An enjoyable course well presented. New things learned and a good reminder of other things learned on previous courses. Person centred approach, Kitwood. Everyone is different and should be treated as such and with dignity and respect. Thank you Annie. The whole content and presentation was brilliant and I enjoyed it all. The shared knowledge and problem solving using holistic person centered approach was great. Thanks to Annie and all the participants. Manage Cookie Preferences
