Give the gift of a lifetime

If you are considering leaving a gift in your Will to Alzheimer's Support, thank you so much.

It is important to look after your family first.

Once you have taken care of your loved ones, any gift you leave to Alzheimer's Support - no matter how small - will help us care for families affected by dementia in Wiltshire for years to come.

Legacies have a direct effect on the care and support we can provide. In 2018, two unexpected bequests enabled us to expand our community services, opening new activity groups for support and companionship.

And in 2020, a legacy from our dear friend and supporter Beryl Gover, pictured above left, enabled Alzheimer's Support to weather the storm of the Covid-19 pandemic. Without her gift arriving at exactly the right time, we would not have been able to survive in our current form and continue with our plans for the future - it is as simple as that.

Help the good work to continue

We want more families in Wiltshire to have access to our services, and to experience the gold standard care they deserve while living with dementia.

Help secure that future support for those in your local community. Even a small gift, such as one per cent, could make a big difference.

Making your gift

Leaving a legacy to Alzheimer's Support is straightforward. You can do it when you first make a Will, or by adding to an existing one. You should discuss this with your family and talk to a solicitor to make any changes.

We know this is an important decision so please do not hesitate to contact our dedicated In Memory Giving manager Laura Crouch who will be happy to answer your questions or chat to any member of the family.  Email Laura or call her on 01225 776481.
