I work in Adult Care and often see how much Alzheimer’s Support means to people diagnosed with dementia, their families and friends too. It’s a real lifeline and I adore seeing the lovely stories and support work that takes place both in the community and at the various group settings across the County.

On a personal level I have witnessed how difficult navigating this cruel illness can be and the effects it has on family and friends.

I thought taking part in A Walk to Remember on Saturday would be a great opportunity to raise awareness of the charity’s incredible work whilst also encouraging our two children Thomas and Sophia to get involved with me too 💙❤️ Michelle Coles
