Many of us associate Christmas with warm fuzzy feelings, mince pies and family but for those affected by dementia it can be a difficult and isolating time. This year has been hard for everyone, but particularly for people living with dementia.  

That is why we are here, to make sure that everyone living at home with dementia in Wiltshire receives the kindness, support and high quality services they deserve - and to do that we need your support.

How you can help

• Make a life changing festive donation
  
  
• Dedicate a light on our virtual Christmas tree and leave a message for or in memory of someone special
  
  
• Buy our Christmas recipe book! It's full of delicious recipes and memories showing what Christmas means to those involved with the charity - a perfect gift for anyone who loves baking
  
  
• Send our beautiful handmade cards, or send one of our special new e-cards to someone you care about
  
  
• Organise your own fundraising event. You could do a sponsored challenge dressed as Santa, sell handmade crafts, hold a wreath making workshop or host a virtual festive tea afternoon or bake-off with family or friends - yum!
  
  
• Think of us when you shop online. Sign up to Give As You Live and choose Alzheimer's Support to receive a donation from participating stores each time you shop. It won't cost you a penny
• Make a new years resolution to make a difference in 2022. This could be by taking on a challenge such as an amazing skydive, volunteering at a club, group or event or even baking cakes for us.

How your donation will help

• £2 could fund well-deserved treats for our day club therapy whippets Higby and Dottie
  
  
• £10 could pay for tea and biscuits at a Memory cafe or Music for the Mind session
  
  
• £25 could fund one of our amazing support workers for an hour
  
  
• £60 could pay a day's rent at one of our day clubs
  
  
• £100 could subsidise a member at one of our day clubs for a month
