Due to last night’s snowfall we have had to close some groups and will keep this page updated with infomation. You can reach us by phone or email as usual. 

Home Support clients

We will make every effort to reach you if it is safe to do so, so visits will take place unless you hear to the contrary. If your support worker is unable to reach you safely you will be telephoned by your care coordinator.  Visits that go ahead will take place at home rather than involve trips out.

Day clubs

Our day clubs in Trowbridge, Devizes and Warminster are OPEN as usual for people who can reach us safely. 

Community groups

The following groups are cancelled today

• Movement for the Mind in Melksham
• Movement for the Mind in Ludgersahll
• Corsham Memory Shed
• Music for the Mind Seend
• Westbury Memory Cafe

Staff training at Trinity House will continue as planned.
