My Nan was my best friend and partner in crime. We made many wonderful memories during her time with Alzheimer's Support and I was honoured to be with her right at the end.

Alzheimer's Support helped us so much that I know she would want me to set up this page as a way to remember her and help a charity that helped her and our family during the last years of her life.

I miss her a lot but the memories are precious and I am so glad that I have them.
