Jeremy - a man of considerable charm with a wonderful sense of humour was a much loved and wonderful husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend to many throughout his long life.

Jeremy so loved socialising with family and friends and belonged to many associations and clubs and over the past couple of years so enjoyed his days with Alzheimer's Support at the day clubs in Devizes and Trowbridge.

Those who touch our lives stay in our hearts forever.
