I am skydiving on 18th August to help those who live with Alzheimer's and their carers.

My Grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and I saw the progression and the effect it took on both him and those who cared for him before he passed away.

I also work with people that have forms of dementia and I would like to be able to help fundraise to provide the much-needed support for the patient and their carers.
