Alzheimer's Support is a registered charity that has around 150 staff and 160 volunteers to provide incredible services across Wiltshire. Supporting more than 2,500 people across the county, it relies heavily on donations to fund this inspirational work.

Delivering the much needed care and support that helps people with Alzheimer's live their best lives through the provision of activities including Day Clubs and Memory Cafes to Trained Support workers. Today they support more than 2,500 people across the county, and for every £1 raised 96p is spent on frontline services that make peoples live better.

The Wiltshire Golf and Country club is proud to continue its association with Alzheimer's Support and this year will run several fund raising events.

As Club Captain I have set myself the challenge to play 4 rounds of Golf on the 21st June, this being the longest day of the year. To put into perspective the course measure 6561 yards, it usually takes 3-4 hours to complete the 12000 steps in each round, whilst carrying a full set of 14 clubs.

It is highly probable we will all be touched in some way by Alzheimer's in the future - please help make a difference today. Thank you
