Cognitive Stimulation Cognitive Stimulation is a nine-week course for people in the early stages of dementia. It is designed to boost memory and cognitive function through structured activities, and to provide challenge as well as plenty of fun. The emphasis is on discussion and sharing opinions and there are no tests involved! The course runs for nine weeks, with seven structured sessions, a introductory get to know you session and final sharing lunch.
