Amesbury Movement for the Mind

The Amesbury Movement for the Mind group meets on Mondays from 2pm to 3.30pm, rotating with Music for the Mind and the Memory Cafe. As well as gentle exercise to music, there is a varied programme which includes singing, talks, activities and a chance to catch up with friends. Dementia professionals are always on hand for an informal chat too. 

Please note, to help towards our costs we ask everyone to pay £3.50 on the door.
