Click to find out about A Walk to Remember at Wilton House on 14th September A Walk to Remember memory walk is a beautiful seven miles through the grounds of Bowood and surrounding North Wiltshire countryside. It is being held at the kind invitation of Alzheimer's Support's patron Lady Lansdowne. A great day out We'll start with a bacon or veggie butty and a fun group warm-up in the grounds of the Bowood Estate, before striding out around the lake and across open countryside towards Calne. The route circles back to the estate for refreshments and well-earned Finisher's Medal. Walking for dementia As well as being a great day out, the walk is a major fundraiser for our charity. There is no minimum sponsorship amount but as places are limited we ask that walkers try to raise at least £50 in sponsorship. That would pay for a session at one of our Music for the Mind dementia choirs here in Wiltshire - so you'll be part of something amazing and every penny you raise will make a difference.
