Life story groups Making a life story is a brilliant way to reflect back on a life, re-visit happy times and achievements and create a reminiscence tool that is worth its weight in gold in the years to come. Our occasional life story groups support people living with dementia and a family carer to build up a record of the person's life in an album that can be enjoyed by the person and shared with family and friends. It can also be used by professional carers to prompt conversation and understand more about the person as communication becomes more difficult. Our next four week group will be held at Park House, 1 Park Road, Trowbridge, on Wednesday mornings from November 1st to 22nd, 2017. It will be led by experienced care coordinators Gill Frere-Smith and Jackie Ransome. To find out more or to book your place please call 01225 776481.
