Cycling has been a big part of my life since I won my first race at the age of 18 as a member of Bath Cycling Club.

I am now undertaking a challenge to raise much-needed funds for a local charity that is dear to my heart.

I was diagnosed with dementia three years ago. Just knowing that Alzheimer's Support is there for me has made such a difference, not only for me but for my wife Mary too.

So much so, that I have decided to cycle 100 miles on my Tour de France static bike to raise as much as I can for this amazing local charity.

If you love cycling too, please join in!

You can sponsor me by donating on this page. Every donation will be so appreciated.

Or you can stage your own Tony's on Tour cycling challenge It can be any distance to suit you to coincide with the Tour de France (29th August to 20th September.)

It will be amazing to think of everyone out and about cycling at that time - making a difference to support people living with dementia.

Thank you so much!
