Please help me raise funds for this wonderful charity I work for!

Fundraising is so important to help Alzheimer's Support to be able to continue supporting people with dementia and their families! 
We support people in their homes, take them out and about, run day centres, music for the mind groups and much more!

We help people continue with their day to day lives. Maintaining social activities and hobbies and much needed respite for families. We build special bonds and provide companionship.

Please help and support me no matter how little the donation, so we can help continue to provide these great opportunities for our families!
