Spring is in the air... so dig out your trainers to help people affected by dementia in Wiltshire.

Our May Step Challenge is as flexible and as challenging as you want it to be. You can walk, run, jog, skip or dance your way to feeling great - while raising vital funds for people who have been among the most adversely affected by the pandemic.

Set your personal target

Why not...

  • Walk a target number of miles
  • Count how many steps can you do through May
  • Run the furthest you have ever run across the month or in one go
  • Skip for a set time every day for 31 days
  • Climb Kilimanjaro (or the equivalent height of another famous mountain) up the stairs!
  • Stage an eight or 12-hour danceathon
  • Involve your family, friends and colleagues - or make it a competitive challenge.

The possibilities are endless and we hope whatever you do will make you feel amazing too!

People with dementia need your support more than ever.

Your fundraising will help us provide crucial support to families facing uncertain times. It will enable us to make home visits, keep our day clubs open and bring music, activities, advice and emotional support to people affected by dementia in these difficult times.
