Our Mill Street Club opened six years ago in a purpose-designed building close to Trowbridge town centre.

It is truly at the heart of its community with regular visits from musicians, entertainers and primary school children (in normal times), and is valued as a lifeline by its members and their families. 

Our founder manager is retiring, creating a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic, caring and daring leader. You’ll have experience as a team leader or manager, a willingness to innovate and the ability to deliver a structured day of high quality care within a relaxed, happy club environment.

Hours: 32 hours weekly over 4 days, Tuesday to Friday

Salary: SCP 24 – 26 (£21,916 – £23,348 pro-rata) per annum, £11.35 - £12.10 hourly
