Working as part of a team within our award-winning charity, you will be responsible for the organisation and delivery of Alzheimer's Support's Creating Connections groups in West Wiltshire. These include well-established Music for the Mind groups, an art group, a carers' group and more.

This rewarding and varied role needs someone enthusiastic, empathetic and confident who can communicate effectively with clients, volunteer teams and external practitioners, and supervise group facilitators.
