Due to internal restructuring we are seeking a Care Coordinator in the Salisbury and Amesbury area. 

If you have strong administrative and people skills, and care deeply about people living with dementia and their family carers, this could be the perfect job for you. 

Our seven care coordinators each manage a team of up to ten support workers who provide social care, companionship and outings to people living in their own homes with dementia. They get to know the families they support well and offer emotional support to family carers as well as advice and guidance to their team. 

Key information about the role

  • You will need a car
  • Hours: 24 hours per week negotiable, depending on the area
  • Salary: Scale point 24 - 26, starts at £22,573 pro rata
  • Mileage is paid at 45p
  • Benefits include paid travel time and a health plan.
  • All our staff have comprehensive induction and regular training.
