We have a rare opportunity to provide maternity leave cover for a minimum of six months.  Our continual growth may lead to further openings following this initial period.

Working in an established area and with an experienced team of support workers you will:

  • Co-ordinate our Home Support Service to all existing clients within the area
  • Process new referrals and set up services with new clients
  • Ideally have experience of completing Care Plans, Risk Assessments and Reviews
  • Be involved in the recruitment, training, supervision and management of the staff team
  • Enter and maintain accurate data on client database and have competent computer literacy skills
  • Communicate confidently and effectively

Hours:            30 hours per week (job share considered)

Salary:           £21,916 per annum pro-rata (Scale points 24-26)
