Alzheimer’s Support will only provide or request a written statement of employment facts for an employee reference.  We will not complete reference forms supplied. Alzheimer’s Support staff will not provide a verbal reference, or seek one.

When a request for a reference is received, staff must inform their Line Manager.  The request should be sent to the Office Manager who will complete it using the Alzheimer’s Support standard form.  Job offers are subject to receipt of satisfactory references

A copy of all references should be kept in the staff personnel file.
