Our Services

alzheimersA diagnosis of dementia should not mean an immediate end to ‘normal’ life, but many families will need specialist support to manage the changes that the illness can bring.

alzheimers

Alzheimer’s Support provides a range of practical services to enhance life and promote independence for those living with dementia at home in East and West Wiltshire, and for their family carers.

Our services include day clubs and a home support service where a trained support worker visits your home. We also offer services for all the family such as Alzheimer cafes, and services designed to support carers, including monthly carers' groups and twice-yearly training courses.

Everyone with dementia is unique and every carer has their own needs and priorities, so most of our service users use different services at different times during their dementia journey. Please note you do not need a formal diagnosis of dementia to access our services.

Please browse the links in this section to find more infomation about our services.
