Polebarn House Day Club

wiltshirePolebarn House Club meets in a terraced home near Trowbridge Park and has a warm and homely atmosphere with just six members at a time.

The garden has recently had a makeover by community volunteers and members plant, harvest and enjoy their own vegetables.

Recent activities have included: shopping trips and outing to local places of interest, gardening, crafts, cookery, board games, reminiscence therapy, drama therapy, poetry and prose, pet therapy, musical entertainment from invited guests, garden parties and themed events and the compilation of life stories.

The club is open Monday to Friday from 9.45am to 3.30pm. It has wheelchair access and is able to accommodate some physical disabilities.
From April 2012 the club will be open on Saturdays for two half-day sessions.
