Fundraising
As a registered charity we rely on donations from the public.
This year we need to raise £190,000 to keep our services running.
Some of this will come from grant-making trusts and foundations, but we also rely on the generosity of the public and businesses in East and West Wiltshire.
There are many ways in which you can help:
Join a fundraising team
We have active fundraising groups in Trowbridge and Devizes, and a fledgling group in Marlborough. They arrange regular sales, store collections, open garden events and much more, and enjoy the camaraderie of working together. If you would like to join the team please call fundraising manager Lesley Crawford on 01225 776481.
Set up your own event
Last year 74-year-old carer Sheila Miles jumped out of a moving plane to raise £2,000 for Alzheimer's Support. We don’t expect all our supporters to show such bravery, but if you have a fundraising idea, from a coffee morning to a sponsored skydive, do get in touch.
Run for us

We have 12 places each year in the prestigious British 10k run in London each July.
If you would like to run for Alzheimer’s Support in 2012, and can commit to raising at least £200 in sponsorship, please get in touch.
Make us your Charity of the Year
The Lamb and Lion pub, Devizes Floral Art Group, St James Church Wives’ Group, Devizes Probus and West Wilts Golf Club have all chosen us as their charity of the year.
If your community group or business would like to do the same please contact Lesley.
