Home And Community Support Service - Trowbridge/Bradford on Avon, Warminster/Westbury, Devizes/Melksham & Kennet
This is a support service which aims to improve the quality of life for those suffering from dementia and their Carers by providing relief for the Carer and companionship and stimulation for the sufferer in their own home.
Provides a Saturday day care service for people with dementia who live in the Westbury and Warminster area and provides respite and informal support to their Carers.
Provides an activity based social club for people of any age with mild to moderate dementia. The club provides long term support to members as their dementia develops and respite and support to Carers of people with dementia.
Provides an activity based Sunday day care service for people with dementia and provides respite and informal support to their Carers.
We aim to provide information and support about dementia to sufferers,
Carers, professionals and the public.
